If you loosen fuel lines and crank, do you get any fuel from injector lines? If it comes out foamy, you might want to pull injectors and check them. The tip of injector broke off and allowed compression to blow back through fuel line to the pump causing air in fuel lines. I have also seen on this style engine/fuel system that one bad injector caused a no start situation. Sometimes the pins in the connector get worn out and don't grip the pins in the solenoid tight enough to make good contact. Be sure the connectors in that plug are clean and tight. replace fuel shut off solinoid getting 24.4v when keyed to on and 14.4 ohms with no power to solnoid, old solinoid. replace low pressure lift pum, old one seems slightly weak. replace fuel filter bleed entire fuel system. It looks like I can see a splice in the wire going to the solenoid. Turned the key to restart and the engine cranks with no restart not a cough or any smoke. I had a twist tie lying around, so I used that to restrain the pin so it could not rotate out of position again. I turned it and fit it back into the hook. The pin on my solenoid was 180 degrees out of position. When it does that, it's out of the hook, so the solenoid isn't triggered when the key turns.
